​Bookings are secured via www.illuminate-wellbeing.com/book-an-appointment along with full payment.

Confirmation of your appointment and payment receipt will be sent via email, to the email you provide upon booking.

Illuminate Fitness & Wellbeing operates a 48 hour cancellation policy.

Payments will be refunded by 50% of your booking if you, the client, cancel between 48-24 hours. There are no exceptions to this rule.​​ Should you wish to cancel, please contact me to arrange.

Payments will NOT be refunded if you, the client, cancel within 24 hours of your booked appointment. There are no exceptions to this rule.​​

In the event where Illuminate Fitness & Wellbeing needs to cancel a confirmed booking at ANY POINT, you, the client, will be given the option of a full refund, or to roll the booking on to the next available appointment.

​Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers are sent to the recipient via email, to the email you provide upon purchase.

Gift Voucher recipients are subject to all stated Booking Terms & Conditions, Consent, Privacy & Data conditions.

Stated appointment duration is from arrival time of the appointment. Appointment time allows for opening consultation, treatment, and closing feedback.

If you, the Client are running late Illuminate Fitness & Wellbeing cannot guarantee to fulfil the full duration of the appointment.

Refunds will NOT be given against lost time due to client lateness.

Illuminate Fitness & Wellbeing reserves the right to NOT commence with a confirmed appointment or cease treatment, WITHOUT REFUND, in the event where personal safety feels compromised.

Loyalty and Refer a Friend discount values cannot be stored and and used in bulk.

Loyalty and Refer a Friend discounts cannot be used in conjunction with each other, nor any other offer.

Refer a Friend discount will be applied to your next appointment, following attendance of your Friend's first attended appointment.​

By making a confirmed booking, the Client consents to receiving a Reiki and/or Massage treatment.

Massage clients MUST be aged 18 or over.

Reiki clients aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Whilst Illuminate Fitness & Wellbeing is aware that there are no reported contraindications to Reiki, it is imperative that the Client understands, acknowledges and agrees:

Reiki is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or treatment; nor is it a substitute for medication. Illuminate Fitness & Wellbeing does not examine, diagnose, treat, nor prescribe for conditions; nor interfere with the treatment of licensed medical professionals.

It remains the responsibility of the Client to take care and seek medical treatment when necessary.

By agreeing to this statement and making a confirmed booking, the Client is agreeing that they are responsible for their own health and that they understand the abilities of the treatments being offered.

However, to ensure Illuminate Fitness & Wellbeing can perform the requested treatments with the accessibility and comfort of the Client in mind, it is advised to update Illuminate Fitness & Wellbeing of any injuries or conditions in the pre-appointment consultation form, and prior to the appointment if any changes occur within the time leading up to the appointment.

All Client information disclosed in a session will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with any party without written consent of the Client.

In exceptional circumstances, Illuminate Fitness & Wellbeing may breach confidentiality if the Client has expressed that the safety of a child is at risk, or that the Client will harm themselves and/or others. In this case, data will be provided to the relevant authorities.

Client data will be stored securely for seven years, then destroyed.

Clients may obtain all data held regarding their own booking and appointment information, via written request HERE.
